Eligibility for Contributing Parishioner Rate Tuition   
*   Must be a registered parishioner for 1 year;
*     Contribute the required amount to the Church where you are a registered parishioner
(January 1 thru December 31);
*     Church envelopes must be used to record contributions;
*     Contributions must be made weekly or monthly at mass attendance;
*     Tuition rates, for the present year or next school year, will be adjusted to non-parishioner status for church contributions not received by December 31.

Non-parishioner rates are paid by those families who:
*     Have children enrolled who are not baptized or who are not catholic:
*     Have not contributed the required amount in church support during the calendar year (January 1 thru December 31, 2010);
*     For one reason or another, simply decide to remain non-parishioners.
                                          
Payment plans:
Plan A:     full payment of tuition by July 12, 2011
       
Plan B:     three payment plan due:

July 12, 2011            October 4, 2011                 January 24, 2012.
 
Plan C:     the FACTS program - a ten month payment plan from July 2011 thru April 2012.
Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account. 
A $35.00 fee will be deducted from your account after the form has been completed.

Registration: The registration fee for the school year is $125.00 per child at the time of registration. This fee is not refundable.

Parents who choose Plan C for the first time will have the $35.00 deducted from their checking account after the completed form has been returned to school.

Parents who are already enrolled in the Facts Program will receive a specific form to be reviewed by a certain date.  If there are any changes, you must notify Mrs. Morelli at the school office.  If Mrs. Morelli is not notified by the specified date, you will automatically be re-enrolled in Facts and the fee will be deducted from your checking account.  If the form is correct, you may keep it for your records.  This form will be sent home with your child.

Family Discount:
A 15% discount on the nursery and pre-kindergarten tuition will be given to families who have children enrolled in Grades K - 8 or have 2 children in the nursery and pre-kindergarten program.

School Fees

Registration:

Paid at the time of registration and is not refundable:
$125.00, Nursery to Grade 8

Fund Raiser:

There is only one mandatory fund raiser: candy sale.
Every child is required to sell $50 worth of candy.  For families with three or more children in school, the third child is exempt from selling.

School Service:

Families are required to volunteer 20 hours of service to the school or pay a fee of $100 by May 31 of each year.

Service hours include: lunch duty, Christmas boutique, bazaar, fashion show, and occasional special events.

Transfer:

A 10% processing and handling fee based on the tuition rate for the current school year is required for all transfers occurring during the school year.
